DUMPSTER RENTALS: The City rents six cubic yard containers for $175.00 for periods of Tuesday to Thursday or Thursday to Tuesday for the disposal of construction materials and accepted debris. Dumpsters are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Paperwork and payment must be completed prior to delivery.

(6) NO AUTO OR TRUCK TIRES OR PARTS. |

(7) NO PLASTER ABOVE 1/2 FULL. |
|
(8) DO NOT LOAD DUMPSTER ABOVE RIM. |

(9) NO LEAVES, BRANCHES, TREE STUMPS OR GRASS |

(10) ONCE PLACED-CONTAINERS CANNOT BE MOVED. |

The Property Owner/Dumpster Renter agrees that it will indemnify and hold harmless the City of Long Branch, its elected officials, officers, agents, servants and employees from and against any and all claims sustained in, on or about the property during the course of providing the services referenced herein. |
